Lim Soon Jeung is a conference interpreter (French-Korean). She received her B.A. in French Language and Literature from Ewha Womans University, her M.A. in French-Korean Translation/Interpretation from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and her Ph.D. (2010) in Translation & Interpretation from the Graduate School of Translation & Interpretation at Ewha Womans University. She has extensive interpreting experience in areas of culture, politics, economy, technology, etc. Her most recent assignments include World Education Forum, World Water Forum, Forum Franco-Coréen des politiques culturelles, etc. Her research interests include interpretation & translation education, machine translation, interpretation & translation evaluation.
